In most disciplines, only a small percentage of participants tend to stand out.
One of them, legendary NFL quarterback Brett Favre, has marched to his own drum beat his entire professional career.
Favre has been an active supporter of President Trump, even campaigning with the MAGA leader during rallies held in his home state of Wisconsin.

The president for a little help from former Green Bay Packers quarterback Brett Favre on Friday. Favre said he is now on Trump’s team. His former head coach in Green Bay, Mike Holmgren, is backing Joe Biden.
In the Packers’ hometown, the crowd of thousands was packed outdoors at the airport, many with no masks. Democrats said it is putting lives at risk with COVID-19 numbers rising in the hot-spot state.
In addition, Favre supports others who take a stand against the establishment.
Favre just took to Twitter and called for Americans to boycott Fox News, in support of Tucker Carlson.
The former Green Bay Packers quarterback tweeted out his support for Mr. Carlson, saying “I’m with Tucker. Time to boycott Fox until they come to their senses and let the man speak.”
His tweet included a video clip of former Fox News personality Megyn Kelly saying that the network is betting on the upcoming presidential-primary season to lure back viewers who tuned out after Mr. Carlson’s firing on April 24.
In the video, Kelly stated: “They’ve got a debate in August. You can’t resist. You’ll go. You’ll forgive everything. They’re banking on it,” Ms. Kelly said, describing what she said was the thought process of Fox News executives.

“You’re gonna tune in to the Fox News primetime, you lap dogs. It’s what you always do. It’s how they have billions,” she continued in that vein.
With America at an apparent crossroads, those who love liberty and the US Constitution could definitely use a lot more Brett Favre-type alpha men and women to step up and lead the good fight, for the sake of our nation.
